This is a Write 31 Post
Engaging Genesis (the book of the Bible, I mean) has turned into a life-theme for me during the last few weeks.
Every time I turn around, I’m back in the book of Genesis. The fall sermon series at our church, two different Bible studies, and an editing project (among other things) have all dropped me into this book in recent days. I think God might be trying to get my attention.
So I’m going to engage with the book of Genesis for 31 days. I’m inviting you to come along.
We’ll look at the big picture, the characters, the stories, the transitions. We’ll immerse ourselves in the words, the people, the events of Genesis, and, along the way, I’m hoping to engage more with the God who’s revealed himself through them.
